Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, on business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery charges

• Free shipping on orders over ₹499.
• Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Any charge is calculated on the order value after discounts are applied.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Metro areas are usually at the faster end of that range. These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can be affected by weather, public holidays and courier delays.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received one within three business days of ordering, please contact us.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing an order. If an address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it once the redelivery cost is covered. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake — if the order has not been dispatched we can usually correct it at no cost.
