Questions
Is there any added sugar?
None. The only sweetness comes from the fruit itself.
Hot or cold water?
Cold. Heat degrades some of the vitamin content, and it dissolves perfectly well cold. 250–275ml is the sweet spot.
Do I need the shaker bottle?
No. Any bottle with a lid works. The Crushery shaker has a whisk ball, so it mixes faster and smoother.
