Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. If an item is unavailable, mispriced, or your order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, we may decline it and will refund anything you have paid.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order.
- Payment is taken at the time you place the order, through our payment provider.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error even after an order is placed, and will contact you before proceeding.
The products
Crushery sachets are a food product made from freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. They are not a medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical or nutritional advice — if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, speak to a qualified professional before changing your diet.
Please read the ingredients on the pack before use if you have an allergy or intolerance. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our refunds and cancellations policy. Both form part of these terms.
Using this site
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell or otherwise exploit any part of it without our permission. All content on the site, including text, images, branding and design, belongs to us or our licensors.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. We may change products, prices and content at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
